Here's a simple recipe for dog biscuits with just three ingredients. Perfect when you want to give your dog something extra tasty without unnecessary additives.
Ingredients
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (without salt and xylitol)
- Optional: a little water if the batter is too thick
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Mash the banana in a bowl.
- Stir in the rolled oats and peanut butter.
- If the batter feels dry, you can add a little water.
- Form small cookies with your hands or roll out the dough and use cookie cutters.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15–20 minutes until the cookies are dry and lightly golden.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Tips
- Use cookie cutters for fun shapes – perfect for parties or birthdays.
- Vary the flavor by substituting peanut butter with pumpkin puree or blueberries.
Storage
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Can be frozen – thaw at room temperature before serving.
